Thanks ProudNavyMom.  Yep, we usually get conflicting dates for BattleStations in every PIR group.  Hopefully by BattleStations time, the schedule will be correct!

I was talking a lady today and she said her brother was in the army and he said when he went to the gas chamber he just kept saying over in his head "they will not let me die..they would not want to pay for my funeral!" I guess that is one way to get through it! LOL

PIR 5/26ers:  I am told in a letter division 180 will do Battlestations Thursday night 5/19.  I hope to get a call on Friday morning, 5/20.  Final PFA this Friday, 5/13.

I FINALLY GOT A LETTER!

The first thing he says is that he now has "plenty of great news for me."

"Everything is going great at Boot Camp, you know, as far as Boot Camp goes."

This is the first time he has said that he will leave on Friday-just like everyone elses info on here.

Says he should get plenty of liberty on the day of PIR. I have to check that one out. Thought I read that they have to go back and pack but I might have that mixed up. Maybe it was Grad-n-Go's not Sat (Fri) Departures.

Says, "...going to write again, but man, I hate writing in pen." It has four blackouts on it!

"SR..." with "(still)" underneath it and an arrow pointing up to it.
