My SR just called!  He passed BS, is exhausted and said he is in a coma.  I forgot to ask if everyone passed, but he is calling his brother now and I texted him to ask that question.  Will post again soon.

Anyone heard anything from division 928?  It's 3:30 here, and still no word.  I'm getting pretty nervous.

My son was lucky that he traveled from GL to A School in his dress blues--alittle easier to keep clean...but he did travel to his duty station in his dress whites.  Yes, they are hard to keep clean!

The candy bar after being so tired wasn't such a great idea for my Sailor! I wish I could have warned him before he ate it.  They have to stay away from now until 8pm this evening and if they fall asleep before 8 they get set back two weeks is what my Sailor told me.  I worried the rest of the day!  Isn't that just like a mom? To worry!  I don't know when I receive this list of items to bring to PIR but, one of the items was a towel for the guys to sit on since they do have to ware the dress whites and I thought that was a wonderful Idea.  Just wanted to share that. Hope all DIV did well with Battlestation.  You should be getting your calls soon.  If anyone gets to talk with their Sailor before they eat the candy and drink the cokes, warn them of what might happen.  :)

I got a call!!! He said they are very ready! He was eating a candy bar!

I thought all this time they traveled in their working uniform (khaki shirt and black pants).  That poor white uniform.  It's going to go through some %($# before it gets to the cleaners!!!

Interesting question about the back pack.  I never even thought anything about them putting it over their shoulder.   Luckily his has a smaller strap at the top that he can carry it by.  I bought mine at an Army/Navy store we have here in town.  Guess I'm going to have to start asking questions before I purchase things!!!

If anyone gets a call from your SR that they passed please let us all know so we can know that the calls are coming.  I think there might be 3 divisions that are having to call this afternoon.  Hope we can all get long phone calls...

Good luck again everybody!!!
