MP, I am so sorry to hear about your father. I was out last night and 422 was not treated. It was very dangerous. Be careful out there and check the road conditions before you venture out.

Sunday is always better for me, so I guess my vote is for the 29th. We're headed out to Cranberry now to do some house hunting.

That sounds fine to me. I now know how to get to Cranberry. Well, actually, I know how to find Rt 228. LOL

I have some good news to share. We listed our house for sale on Friday and it went to contract this afternoon. So, if all goes well we will be heading to Cranberry sometime this April. Now we just need to find a house to move into by then.

It is perfectly normal for a recruiter to not be interested in some one that would not be entering the Navy for two years. So many young people change their minds over that time. Also, they have no idea what the availability of certain fields will be that far ahead. I would also suggest that she check out the possibility of a nursing ROTC program at a college that offers nursing.

Cranberry is good for me. We will be moving there in the next year and it will give me a chance to check out the area.

We are not far from the county airport and they have an official wind gust of 92 mph. I had trees that looked like they were side ways. Fortunately they are all young trees. But a few miles away they had a large tree go down and it pulled up a gas line. I'm not complaining though, my husband has family in Oklahoma and they lost a lot more than the occasional tree.

Michele, We are listing the house for sale in early March. So anytime in late March or early April would be great. We will also be leaving to visit one of my sons on the 22nd of April. Hope this helps

I'll let you know when I get into my new home. Right now I'm sewing around the packing and boxes.

I had a boss a few years ago that use to call us her Dinosaurs. A species previously thought to be extinct. I'm one of the few of my kind left who can sew Haute Couture. Lace and Handwork that is. Its kind of sad because my now I should have had at least 3 or 4 students and I have trained no one to take my place.
