Welcome to the Division Discussion for division 806.

Be very aware when posting about your SRs who are in this division. Make sure you read the OPSEC rules (everyone should).

sjtina, cor and a couple more ladies will be joining you to answer your questions about this "800" division. Although your SR is still in BC, what they are doing may be slightly different from what the other divisions in this training group are doing. It is also recommended that you go into your "settings" (clickable link on the right side) and change your privacy setting to "private" and change everything to friends only.

Please still use the main wall to post general questions, and concerns, such as meet and greet questions etc. Specific questions regarding the 800 division should be posted here.

We “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion groups as often as we would like to, and the ladies helping out with the 800 divisions don't always get to the main wall as often as they would like.

Every single question that is asked is important
Every single concern is genuine
Every single member is important to us
We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there ladies!!!

Nope not too early! I'm finished packing already! Lol and yay! Glad you got your flight and hotel together :)

Moms:  When you got your form letter from your SR that included all the instructions and his address, was the blank space (that they were to have filled in for the password) filled in?  Every blank was filled in on my form from him EXCEPT the password to download the gate pass.  I'm not sure if they weren't given that info yet or what to think.  As the days get closer I'm getting more and more worried about this.  In a nutshell... Did you get a password on that form?

yes, we got a password.  be sure to ask him at next call.  they WON'T let you on base without it....

Permalink my Form Letter did not have a password either. I wrote him last week and asked about it? I hope to get something back soon.

I got letters today as well! Three... One just said I dont have time to write but I love you :-)

I usually get them on Saturday as well so I didn't expect to see anything in the mailbox! I also got the coin :-)

Im sooooo excited!

Three weeks at this time I will be in Chicago ! Extremely happy right now

I got a shot letter today also...

Aww!! all your hard work of discipline paid of LadyHawk!

Hi all!

Well after a week of exams/end of semester stuff, I am back on.  I have been following the discussions but haven't had a chance to respond.  We had a letter yesterday and my SR said that they were told to take an hour to write letters because they were too "stressed". He had never been "ordered" to write a letter!  He said he thought that was pretty good reverse psychology. He also said they were getting a new chief "next week". They are keeping their 2 petty officers.  He did say he was a little frustrated with how things are going within the division at times, but they are moving right along.  No phone calls this week.  He wrote the letter 1/12.

I think we saw our SR Joe in the picture of 806 at least it looked like 1/2 of his face.  It didn't matter it was just great to see all their faces and see what they are up to.

@ La La Ribbon:  How much snow did you get?  We are in the Winston-Salem area so we got snow/slush/ice mix and it shut everything down for this morning.  By lunch it was sunny and all melted ...oh well. We were out of school anyway so that was good.

Hope everyone has a great weekend! And we have 20 days until PIR!!!

Nancy

My son listed his friends in his last letter home. I wish I could find out if any of those guys are your SR's.

Tiffany, is that you on the FB "countdown 02/08/13"?  Have you tried to match those friend names to the list of parents/SRs on the files page?

It is and no last names match. But a couple of those are girlfriends too so they wouldn't have the same name :(
