~OPSEC OPerational SECurity, is always of the utmost importance.
~N4M’s also has Community Guidelines just like any other social media.
~Please take the time to read the OPSEC and N4M’s Community Guidelines.
~A quick note here, from the N4M’s CG’s:
• Don’t Jeopardize the Safety of Our Sailors: Remember OPSEC (Operational Security) (Don’t Sink Ships With Loose Lips) This site and all content posted on it are viewable to everyone on the Internet. This doesn’t mean you can’t share things about your Sailor – but too many details can put Sailors in harm’s way. The following are examples of red flags and should not be shared within this community either by posting or sending via a Group message:
• Sailors’ last names. This includes your username if you share the same last name as your son or daughter.
Some Suggestions:
~If your last name is different from your Recruits it is still not recommended for you to use in your username for your own personal security. This is your option. It is also not a good idea to use an email address as your username for personal security reasons.
~First Names and pictures of your Recruit are allowed but remember, everyone can see it and someone can easily match them up with their "mom". So you might want to consider changing your profile picture to not include your Recruit at least for the duration of BC. Again, your option
~It is also a good idea to make your settings for your Profile Page "viewable only to your friends"

Thanks, JetersMom!
Good morning All!
diannep thank you for all of your information as soon as we hear from 102 I will let you know. Laura any new updates this morning from your SR? We are all thinking of him and sending good vibes his way.
Good Morning! Hoping to hear from Div 101/102 this afternoon, and since I didn't see any posts from 099/100, calls from them too. Not sure if 099/100 went with 917 or went last night...if anyone hears, please post the date they went (I post a schedule in the BattleStations discussion group after they are finished). Thanks!
Laura... I just went through the same thing last week... my son was supposed to graduate last Friday..then I got the dreaded call... He failed his run by 13 seconds... missed his PIR... He was moved to FIT.. good news is that Monday he passed his run and I hope to have a sailor soon... join the FIT group... there are some awesome women on there and stay positive.. I hope that your son can pass the run and do BS before PIR... but if not..This is just a short detour in his journey... praying for you and your SR
Yes, Laura, the guest list will not change. Not all who go through that night sit in the bleachers...some still manage to march with their division.
I know it is so confusing right now....in limbo. But hoping you get a great call tomorrow that he passed his PFA...which would mean that PIR is on! He'll get through BattleStations!
Laura: Sounds like it if he told you that. Join the FIT group, link in my post below, and talk to the ladies on there.
