Hello all,

What are you hearing about our boys?  We haven't received a letter yet this week - hopefully today!

How did they do with the week 4 inspections and tests?

No letter from my son this week either :(  My guess is they're really busy and totally exhausted at this point.  But in just two short weeks we'll be so proud seeing them come through those doors at PIR!!!!!

In answer to your question, texas valley mom, in his last letter he said the division has gotten all their flags so far...

We did get a couple letters.  He said it has been very busy, they are all glad Hell Week is over. This upcoming week they have the Gas house (or something of that type) which is, I assume, the tear gas drill they have to do and BS. They are all very nervous about that. My SR said that the group is doing really well.  I smile when I think back to them a few weeks ago when my son was saying how awful their group was.  Guess they have found their sea legs because together they have accomplished a lot!  My son also stated he got a promotion to the next level, which we are very proud of him for!  These SR's are working hard and it is nice to hear they are recognized and rewarded :)

My SR's not really good about sharing a lot about their daily life, sorry I don't have more info for you.

Can't wait to see everyone in two weeks!  This is more exciting than Disney World and Christmas combined!

BTW...rumor has it this group has done so well they earned all 17 flags and are striving for the Hall of Fame ...

Texas Valley....my son said they did great on all their inspections... exact quote "we aced them all"

Thank you!

To the best of my knowledge, we should be getting calls on Friday or Saturday, right?  Am I on the right track thinking this?  I believe we shou

ld be getting the "I am a Sailor call".  My son was hurt recently and I am pretty anxious/concerned.  He said he was worried the injury would impede his ability to finish BS and his final physical test. I just want to double check that I should be waiting for this call.  Are you all under that same impression?

Hi...I'm just joining this group....looking forward to the" I am a Sailor call"...only 2 letters so far...lokking forward to getting to chicago on the 15th...

Hello Joyce!  Looking forward to meeting you at PIR.  I will get you the info for all I know regarding this group when I get home and have more time.  Have you seen the FB page?  Great page to look at if you haven't yet.  How is your SR doing?  I have received many letters....and sent many letters :)

Here is your Trivia Tuesday Photo! Just click to open in a new page and zoom. Congrats!
