~OPSEC OPerational SECurity, is always of the utmost importance.
~N4M’s also has Community Guidelines just like any other social media.
~Please take the time to read the OPSEC and N4M’s Community Guidelines.
~A quick note here, from the N4M’s CG’s:
• Don’t Jeopardize the Safety of Our Sailors: Remember OPSEC (Operational Security) (Don’t Sink Ships With Loose Lips) This site and all content posted on it are viewable to everyone on the Internet. This doesn’t mean you can’t share things about your Sailor – but too many details can put Sailors in harm’s way. The following are examples of red flags and should not be shared within this community either by posting or sending via a Group message:
• Sailors’ last names. This includes your username if you share the same last name as your son or daughter.
Some Suggestions:
~If your last name is different from your Recruits it is still not recommended for you to use in your username for your own personal security. This is your option. It is also not a good idea to use an email address as your username for personal security reasons.
~First Names and pictures of your Recruit are allowed but remember, everyone can see it and someone can easily match them up with their "mom". So you might want to consider changing your profile picture to not include your Recruit at least for the duration of BC. Again, your option
~It is also a good idea to make your settings for your Profile Page "viewable only to your friends".

YAY, MartiB! Congratulations to your sailor!!!
My daughter called last night. She has been moved to the FIT division. She did not pass her run test. She should have been able to retake it today and will again on Monday if she did not already pass it by now. I am not cancelling any plans yet. I have faith in her and the FIT group on FB has been listening patiently to my crazy rants. Good luck and God speed to all your SRs and I hope you all get your "I'm a sailor call" soon. I still hope to see you all at Sarge's and PIR.
Your sailor may be very tired when calling since they have been up all night, but they are also at the NEX and all isles are now "open" to them now...CANDY, SODA, ENERGY DRINKS!!!! lol
MartiB: Yes, Div 131/132 should start calling any moment now. They have been awake since early yesterday morning so be ready for some very tired SAILORS! They will get to "hit their racks" early tonight....8 pm. They have Captains Cup tomorrow which will be a very fun day for all of the divisions in this PIR group!
If any from these divisions do not call today, it is possible that they had "watch." In that case, they should call in the next day or two.
not sure if he is in div807 ship 04 but my son is. :0)
ok-so seems my sr (son) has become close to a zach- anyone know him? :0) div 807 ship 04
