Welcome to the Division Discussion for Divisions 181 and 182.

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important Every single concern is genuine Every single member is important to us We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

Permission to come aboard, Ship 13 Division 182 ~ Looking forward to meeting you all in May (5-10) - This is so exciting!

hello Ship 13 parents...this is my second time with a son in boot camp. I have made the trip to GL once before. I hope to meet all of you this time around.

We will be going I havent done this before we will be booking our flight thru the graduationbootcamp web sight seems to be the cheepest with flight and hotel and rental

what is the name of the website exactly? I am looking at flights but really want to stay with southwest. I already booked a room at the same place I stayed last year when I travelled to GL for the weekend of my oldest son's PIR. This time I will either fly into Midway or Milwaukee so I can stick with southwest airlines. I will fly out of Las Vegas. Is your SR going to be staying at GL for A school?

Bootcampgraduation.com but southwest really seems cheap I was also looking at them no he is going to mississippi not sure what day he believes that saturday!! to get a good deal we have to fly out of lax we are flying in to ohare

We have our flights but my son never sent the forms.  I have had two calls.  I sent an urgent letter asking him to put us on the list!  Any moms out there with a son or daughter on Ship 13 div 181?

My son is in the same ship and div what form are you talking about!!!!Is it the one that they sent with the address and pass code for parking???We have our flights and hotel I am so excited!!

Yes my son didn't mail me the letter he told me he didn't do it when I spoke to him,  He forgot my new address even though I gave it to him I heard I won't need a parking pass code if we take a taxi in?  I hope he put my name on the guest list!  We still need to book the hotel.  I am excited too.  I will see  you soon!

If you are taken a taxi or shuttle from the hotel you do not need the parking pass !!!see ya soon

yes my son is ship 13 div 181. He just needs to tell you the gate pass code if you are driving to PIR, You may need it driving or not to get on base I am not sure. Also he can only put 4 people on the list and he is the only one that can change the list. So make sure it's who you want it to be. Looking forward to meeting everyone..My travel is all booked.

My son is on ship 13, div 181 so maybe our boys know each other.  I hope you have been able to talk with your son & are all squared away!

I'm glad a more exclusive group was formed! I hope to learn about you all and your sailor!
