jdmom-I knew from that reference to the ship # and names, and when my husband sent me a letter last week he wrote USS Triton next to his ship number.

Ascoobus I just found the reference to the Ship# & Names.  I have been on here nine months and that is the first time I saw that!  There is so much information on here it is amazing.

nytesail what a great thing, now if we would only get real letters.  Nothing in my mail today.  I knew it was unlikely but I was hoping.

Ascoobus why did you make a connection with Ship 12 and the Triton flag?

Wow, nytesail.  I would say that was a "God" moment for you!  So great!

OMG!! so I am walking down the hallway at work and a gentleman in Navy Blues stops to ask me where medical records is?!  I escort him to the department and before I left, of course,  I just had to mention that I have a son this very moment at GL in BC!! :>))  He asked his name, now mind you,  I have never met my son's recruiter, so I tell him and my son's first name is uncommon and he finishes the last name!! WOW!!  Last year this man was a Spec.Ops. scout and that's when my son signed his contract.  He knows him, and for that short moment I felt a connection to him in BC!!  Just had to share....

Yeah cause I downloaded it and there weren't any that I thought even came close to looking like John.
Comment by Ascoobus on April 5, 2011 at 2:37pm
I dont think it is either
Comment by Navy-Girlfriend32 on April 5, 2011 at 2:19pm
Yeah it's ship 12 but I dont see John or anyone that looks like him so I don't think it's 168.
Comment by Ascoobus on April 5, 2011 at 1:54pm
The flag that they're carrying says Triton so I'm pretty sure that it's ship 12. But it looks like an integrated division.
