~OPSEC OPerational SECurity, is always of the utmost importance.
~N4M’s also has Community Guidelines just like any other social media.
~Please take the time to read the OPSEC and N4M’s Community Guidelines.
~A quick note here, from the N4M’s CG’s:
• Don’t Jeopardize the Safety of Our Sailors: Remember OPSEC (Operational Security) (Don’t Sink Ships With Loose Lips) This site and all content posted on it are viewable to everyone on the Internet. This doesn’t mean you can’t share things about your Sailor – but too many details can put Sailors in harm’s way. The following are examples of red flags and should not be shared within this community either by posting or sending via a Group message:
• Sailors’ last names. This includes your username if you share the same last name as your son or daughter.
Some Suggestions:
~If your last name is different from your Recruits it is still not recommended for you to use in your username for your own personal security. This is your option. It is also not a good idea to use an email address as your username for personal security reasons.
~First Names and pictures of your Recruit are allowed but remember, everyone can see it and someone can easily match them up with their "mom". So you might want to consider changing your profile picture to not include your Recruit at least for the duration of BC. Again, your option
~It is also a good idea to make your settings for your Profile Page "viewable only to your friends".

There are a few of my sons buddies from BC that have moved to the same C School and one of them is female. She still takes the "we are late because of you" comments when they are going somewhere, even if it isn't her fault. :)
Does anyone know when we should send our last letter to our SRs so they get them before PIR? I'm sure someone does!
Lisaz, It is possible that your daughter is in a push division, but seeing as she is not in the last of the brother divisions for the TG it makes me go hmmm.
I'll wager a guess that if your daughter is in a push division, it is probably her fault. OK...Not really, but kind of.
Here is the scenario and my guess, totally a guess. Divisions 217/218 are integrated divisions, and from the looks of the postings in 219/220 it appears they are all male divisions.
When your daughter arrived to the RTC her division and brother division were being formed as integrated. Since there were not enough females to complete 217/218 they were put on hold and divisions 219/220 started and continued to be filled with the arriving males.
Here comes the tricky part, and again, I can only guess, divisions 219/220 filled before 217/218, and from the looks of it 219/220 (postings in their division discussion) filled and were put on hold while your daughters division and brother division waited on the females. Hence there are four PUSH divisions with this group and it is the females fault.
I only say it is the "females fault" because the waiting for a division to be filled when it turns out to be integrated, is generally because of the lack of females arriving. The all male divisions can take extra time in forming, but it usually is the last two of a TG and only the last two.
So my guessing can be totally blow out of the water if someone in division 219/220 pipes up and says they are not all male, or if someone in any of the 4 says they are not PUSH. :)
My sons division was the last division of his TG, they were in processing and p hold for 16 day while waiting on 60 females (yes 60) to arrive to fill their division and brother division. So...
BS will be done in numerical order and it is possible that 217-220 will go together, though doesn't mean they will.
