Choose your Username. For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either). Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username. While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Join groups! Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself! Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind. In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships." OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

A quick note here: Last Names of Sailors/Recruits are not allowed on this site. If it is different from your Recruits it is still not recommended. First Names and pictures of your Recruit are allowed but remember someone can easily match them up with their "mom". So you might want to consider changing your profile picture.

You HAVE been busy. Welcome back, but what fun you were having while away! Whoever gets the phone call first, ask if ALL in the division passed and post please! :)

Comment by diannep on June 19, 2012 at 7:39am: Good morning, ladies. Calls from 932/193/194 can start as early as 2 pm GL time today...keep those phones handy...maybe in the bra! Warn co workers of the "outbursts" that may come when you spot that 847 area code! Remember to find out if all in the division passed and post that on here.

Won't be long now until PIR 06/22 has a complete group of sailors! HOOYAH!

Then Sarge's on Thursday night and then PIR!!!!

Back in April, I never thought June would get here !! Now we are into the home stretch :) Looking forward to seeing everyone @ Sarges on Thursday. Oh, and Friday is a pretty BIG day too :)
