coavlanche: I would have lost it. It is hard trying not to be emotional so they do not get sad. Hoping to get another call this weekend.
I suppose you've all seen the photos on Facebook! I'm still scouring the photos, but thought say something here in case someone hasn't noticed yet. Lots of blue cammo, so I don't know if any of our kids are there. There's a bit of recruits in blue sweats and yellow t-shirts though. When do they get the blue uniforms?
I was lucky enough to speak to my recruit yesterday because she is getting a top secret clearance and they allowed her to call so I could give her names and addresses of people she's known. What a lucky break for me and a nice surprise. She called while I was at work and I almost lost it when I heard her voice but kept it together. Haha! She said that she wouldn't be able to write till this Sunday. She's in 11/236 btw.
Has anyone received a personal letter from their SR yet? P.S. I'm always looking for more loved ones with SR's in 12/232!
Good Morning Everyone! Does anyone have any questions for us N4Moms veterans? We are here to help!
It is hard when any of our babies go off to pursue their future, but Boot Camp is different because of the lack of communication. Just know your SRs are being well taken care of and that they are pursuing their futures~~ :)
@Justamom YAY you are only the 2nd person I have found with the same ship/Div
