Deputydawgofduke - you can look up on Facebook Sarge John L. Spadaro.  Then find the Meet and greet for July 17th.  I just put in how many would be attending.  Can't wait for it to get here!  Don't know much about the door decorations... we are at the Navy Lodge in a room with a kitchen as well... maybe we will be neighbors!

Just joining in.  We booked at Navy Lodge by phone.   They were helpful and nice.   Room with 2 Q, kitchen and bath only $72.    Looks like it has a large pool - for my daughter.   I've tried to register for Sarge Meet and Greet but can't find it on line yet.   Has any one else with a PIR of 07/17 been able to register?   Also where do you find the info about decorating the hotel doors and what's allowed on the sign...ie sailor's name, Ship Div.   Thanks

Gigi, There is a meet and greet on Thursday evening, and it is hosted by Sarge. He has loads of information for you, and it gives you a chance to meet the others with loved ones in your recruits TG.

We arrive on Thursday, plan to do meet and greet and bring a basket to raffle and staying until Sunday. Booked at Marriot courtyard with navy discount. This hotel also has shuttle.
