I got the "box" today and I lost it!! Seeing his belongings in box. Especially his papers with my name as his beneficiary!!! Instant hot mess!!

My son left on May 21. I got the box but still no letter. Should it take this long?

Asia, What did the recruiter send you? Did he send you something with a whole bunch of letters and numbers?

Comment by Asia on June 2, 2015 at 1:09pm
Yes I was expecting his date to be a week prior bc of when he left....
Comment by Asia on June 2, 2015 at 1:08pm
thank you Ellen! I'm just worried and anxious idk how to read what the recruiter sent me! I'm loosing my mind bc people that left a week after him already got a letter....I just need some answers and it sucks I'm trying to be patient

Asia, Were you expecting a PIR of 07/17? I am guessing you were. He was probably in the last group of recruits to arrive that Thursday, and it appears that group was split between the two PIRs (from what I am seeing). This is not unusual on a Thursday arrival.

The TG  for that week probably filled up with what few recruits it needed from the last buses to arrive on that Thursday, then the next TG began.

Do wait until the form letter arrives to make PIR plans, sometimes the recruiters info can be wrong.

my husband left May the 21st I only got the call that he got there and a picture from his recruiter saying this was his graduation date! I haven't received any letter nor a box of any kind. I'm a little worried bc I don't exactly know what division he's in.....I don't understand why his graduation date was pushed back since he left on the 21 I do know he's on ship 11 though

Aunt1Nanda My son's best friend joined with him and he is in Division 246.  His name is Kyle and their family received their package yesterday. My son Joshua is in Division 245.
