For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either). Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username. While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Join groups! Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself! Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security
Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind. In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships." OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.
DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.
DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Sending positive thoughts, prayers and warm wishes to all SR's who will be doing PFA's today. Moms/family members/loved ones....try not to worry about them....they got this!! It is all in God's hands now...just trust in him that HE knows what is best and HE knows the plans he has for them.

Just prayed for not only your daughter, MD Girl, but also the others trying to pass their final PFA. Hoping to see good news posted here from you all soon!
lbird: Not sure the dates of the final PFAs for each division, but they normally have until their division BattleStations day to pass and still go with their division. So---- hoping that in your case, no news is good news!

Good morning everyone. I am sending prayers out to each and every SR going through battles stations and the pfa's and swimming testing. I ask can you guys please pray for my SR as she gets 2 chances today through Wednesday to take the floating part of the swim test I've declared today it will be done. I thank each and everyone for the prayers for my daughter and the comforting words to me.I told my daughter Saturday she has not only me praying for her but she has all of you as well and I appreciate it. Thank you guys so much
