For those looking for Navy items to purchase, it would probably be better to visit the NEX off-base, on Greenbay Rd (near RTC) which is much larger and won't be as crowded. Your sailor will need to be with you.
Who was it that lived in Illinois? Are there a lot of shops around the RTC that sell Navy shirts? I want to get one while Im there. I live close to MacDill Air Force base and they never have any good Navy shirts.
Thanks Andysmom, im going to watch this Friday to get an idea of what happens...maybe where I can sit. I am so going to need tissues when that coin came in the mail today I sent my hubby a pic of it and he started crying. 8 more days!!!!!!!

Good Morning all, a little cloudy today in New Jersey, but looks like the weather will improve and cool down a little. Looking forward to turning off my AC and opening the windows for a bit.
Hoping you all have a fantastic day, remember, we are one day closer to PIR :-P
Good Morning!
Hello Friends!
"Above all, guard your hearts
for it is the well spring of life."
Proverbs 4:23
Forgot to wish you all a wonderful day :)
Good morning everyone. We are down to single digits ladies!!! Just ordered the challenge coin for Ship 02. I ordered my daughter the Alex and Ani Navy bracelet only to see on her dresser that she already has one!! Ooops, hopefully she will like the challenge coin too. Printed my gate pass, so excited. It's starting to feel real now. Just curious, anyone staying at Residence Inn?
