N4M's Community Guidelines and OPSEC apply to the Discussion Forum area as well. The Division Discussions are viewable to all...just like the Main Wall here.

Please do not start new division discussions!!!!

The Discussion Forum area is set to show titles only and is set at ten titles at a time for now. (This can be adjusted by the group creator or an administrator)

It is also set to show the "latest activity" (there are other settings). So whatever has just had a reply added to it will "bump" that Discussion to the top. The discussion will stay up there at the top because it has had "activity"…until the next Discussion has activity. If there are over ten discussions, whatever is at the bottom will disappear from view…but not from the Discussion Forum. So, if you want to see more, click "view all" at the bottom right hand corner of the discussion forum area. It is right up there above the Blue Comment Wall bar.

When you view a discussion forum by clicking on the title, the first post ever made will be the first one on the first page. To get to the most current reply, click “Last Reply” directly underneath that particular Discussion.

~You will also notice that in the top right corner in any post that you do you will see an "x". This is so you may delete your post if you need too. You will also see the “x” on any post you make anywhere else on the site.

@ baby dukies mama.  I had the same problem with my phone call, Very poor connection. I just enjoyed the sound of his voice!

What a wonderful unexpected gift that was.. His phone cal!!  I was so shocked I couldn't even think of what to ask him at first. I turned to my husband and asked "What do I want to ask him?"  On top of that his sister from No. Carolina had just pulled up in our driveway.

So proud of my son  Apparently he's one of the younger of his division.

July 25th can't come soon enough!!

Lynn,

Glad you are on your SR's list!  Now time to make plans for PIR!  Book the hotel first (coordinate with girlfriend?)--no deposit needed and the favorites are Navy Lodge, Springhill Suites, Holiday Inn Express, Residence Inn, and Courtyard by Marriot--the last 4 all in Waukegan/Gurnee, about 10 min from RTC.  If you book at Navy Lodge ( a little closer, but still have to drive to RTC), the reservation needs to be under your SR's name.  Book quick!  There is a nearby amusement park that makes the hotels fill up.

I hope to get surprised with a phone call too soon. My daughter left on the 3rd as well

Lynn:  Yes, your SR completes the form letter.  Don't pay too much attention to being last on the list....they are getting yelled at constantly right now, and it is hard to think straight!  He will update this list shortly before PIR....I bet you move to the top!
