It is really up to you.  Since you don't know which terminal to go to you could wait near airport and go when he calls or you could go and wait at the USO and wait for him to call you if it isn't the right terminal you can always move.  Do you by any chance know the airline...or did he not know?  If you know the airline we can go online and find out which terminal they are in.  For me because I knew the terminal I wanted to be there when he arrived so we left before the Navy bus did....but again foiled by the storm.

wow, good thing the weather has been nice this weekend... ya to be honest I dont have much info on flight... he didnt double check (guys... lol) but he is leaving at 6 and I am staying right up the road so does that mean I should leave the same time and go to uso to be safe!

I was lucky, My Sailor knew his orders at PIR and handed me a paper with the info.  We just had problems because of the storm.  In terminal one (don't know about the rest) there was a bank of phones so he called us and told us exactly where to find him once he got there (3.5 hours late due to flooding)

  • FLORIDA GIRL:  Here is the USO info:
Located in Terminal 2 above the Northwest ticket counter on the mezzanine level, near the chapel. Take elevator up and follow the signs.
Hours: The USO O'Hare does remain open 24 hours

Hope you find out, KCsMom.  You should be able to meet up with him at the USO at OHare though.  SO don't worry...just get on out there in a few hours!  Congrats to you all !
