Choose your Username.  For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either).  Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username.  While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Join groups!  Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself!  Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility. 

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.  

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Welcome to the Division Discussion for Divisions 265 and 266

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important Every single concern is genuine Every single member is important to us We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Good Afternoon...my son is Div 265...Finally booked our hotel!!!..Was hoping a letter would be in the mailbox today :(...we will continue to write...mentally prepping for the 15 hour drive

Hello!  My kidnado is in DIV 265.  I'm out of town right now so I haven't checked the mail at my place to see if we got any mail from him yet.  I just finished typing up a letter and emailed it to my hubnado to send off in the daily envelope for our SR.  

Div 265...Letters!!!!!!!!!!!!! even the dog has one!!!!!!!!!! I'm so glad I decided to not board her!!!! he asked me to bring her!!!

Letters in the mail and now phone call!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Div 265 and I was on the phone with my MIL that lives in Fl and he spoke to her also!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just got a letter and a phone call.

Hello :) My son is in Div 266. I was surprised to receive 2 letters yesterday along with a phone call.. My son even expressed how much he missed the dogs..

Hello All..I'm in sunny Cali visiting with my Sailor girl and grandprincesses...My sailor girl and eldest grandprincess will celebrate their birthday on Monday.

Hi ! My boyfriend is in division 266. I received a letter the 4th of August and he tells me his division earned their first flag out of six. Yay for progress! Anywho, PIR is only 23 days away !!! Super excited.

Yaaaaaaa.. My son is in the same division.
