Hello ladies, I'm Betsy and I will be coming on here to help out too.  My son graduated from BC in Dec. 2010 and is currently in A school for CTT in Pensacola, FL.  There will be many wonderful people that you will meet on here and you will be so grateful to all the help, support, laughter and tears that come with being a Navy mom.  :)

Hello ladies- I have not gotten my form letter but I am guessing this will be my son's PIR date.   I am very excited to meet everyone.  This site is so helpful and the friends you make are amazing.  I still chat with many of the ladies I met last year when my oldest went to BC.

Thank you so much, veteran Moms! Loved the Battlestations info (wish we had it before he left!), and thank you diannep for the info about the weekend. I was hoping the holiday was the reason, but was a little worried my SR just wrote the wrong date! The date isn't up on the RTC website yet.

Hi everyone, my name is Sandy and my son has been in the Navy for 1 year and 5 days. Every day counts!

While my son was in boot camp, I don't know what I would have done with out the wonderful veteran moms like diannep, Sobe, Jessica B Sailor and others.

Veryproud, thank you for starting this group. I love the picture. Very patriotic and nautical at the same time.
