Hi, everyone.  veryproud:  Thanks for starting this group!  I just posted a link to it on BootCamp Moms.  You may want to do that every day for a while so that those getting their letters can find you.

I am a veteran mom on here to help you all through.  I will be joined by other veterans soon on here....Lala--makes wonderful PIR ribbons for you all to wear, FireTeamLeadersWife----posts wonderful info for you, Betsy and Sandy, who give great info as well....and a few others who randomly drop in.  Please ask any questions that you like.  I will post BattleStations info up top....this will be their final test before they become sailors, so they won't do it for a while...but interesting to read about it.  Within the discussion group, please click on the link which will take you to the info.  At the bottom of the link page is another link to a presentation prepared by "Craig", retired Navy, that is very educational.

Welcome to Navy bootcamp!  By the way, mine PIRed back in Feb 2010 so I have been on here a L O N G time helping with the groups.  Get ready for a wonderful, sometimes hard, emotionally up and down rollercoaster ride that culminates in your SR (Seaman Recruit) becoming a SAILOR!  HOOYAH!

Hi Ladies, did you receive your letters?  I have seen Ship 4 Div 818 & 819.  So I'm guessing that we have two 800 divisions this time.
