Mtn Mom-so glad you get to see your sailor soon. And I am sure you are going to love the time that he is at home.
Quick question for anyone whose soldier who has gone out to the fleet. The time that the sailors get to be home before going to the fleet, does that come out of their leave time? Just wondering since my son pretty much used up all his leave time when he came home for christmas.
Okay, Cindy, buy it buy it. Don't let me be the only crazy in the group.
Oh Brooke, so wish I could get to Vegas that easy. It has been 12 years since I was there, I so love it though.
Donna, that is so awesome. Enjoy your time with your sailor. I don't know if I will have time with mine or not but being there and seeing him become a hospital corpsman is good enough for me. Okay, Sondra, I will look into the room. Was planning on sleeping in the train station next to the base. lol
Cindy - I know the feeling. Mine kept saying that it was okay if I didn't make it but now he is saying how proud that I am and that he can't wait to introuduce me to all his buds. Hoping I can meet some of the N4M sailors that are in corpsman school with him. Please moms/wives/gf if you have sailors that graduate on 2/15 from corpsman school please private message me their names if you want. I tried to keep track but well,
I didn't make it to Sam's graduation from A-school on the Feb. 2nd because of some confusion about whether anyone could attend so I got tickets to go on the 10th... That's this Thursday. Kat Q my hubby did the same thing as yours, said I should get a ticket to see my guy after all the stress I've had from here to Md. since Dec 17th. Aren't husbands great?
I can't wait. Sam has made all the plans for my visit there, where to eat what to visit etc.
Thank you everyone for your continued support and prayers. It means so much to me.
On a lighter note, my hubby bought me my ticket to go to my son's grad from Corpsman school on 2/15. I can't wait. Hope the weather holds out and plays nice for me. lol
