@seabee wife- Yeah, I am thinking of letting them move us for the first move too. Something about moving across country w/ two young kiddos seems stressful enough without having to pack. But maybe after my surgery I will feel more energized and might change my mind. Oh, I guess I havn't talked much about that on here...

Very soon I should be setting a date for a surgery to remove parts of my sternoclavicular joint...it is where the collarbone and sternum meet. I have had severe swelling in this joint for going on two years. No known cause as to why, but we should find that out once the surgery is done. This has caused me so much pain, and my tollerance for it is dwindling. Any how, today, after talking with the thoracic surgeon that will be assisting the orthopedic surgeon I am feeling more at ease about the whole thing.

Of course I will come to yall with an official prayer request once I know a date! I have seen the power of prayer and I know I can count on my faithful N4M friends to lift my family up!!

It sounds like things are moving and shaking with the sailors of the 10/1 group. SF is still in A-school. His got a late start but is doing very well. 8 days until I get to hug his neck. He is so looking forward to seeing his little nephew. Congrats to all those who have and are in the process of receiving orders. Let the games begin. I am praying for all those with sailors in Chicago,  prayers for them to get home for the holidays. I love hearing how things are going in your lives. Have a great week.

@seabee wife- I am interested in your version when you do move. Will you have the Navy do it, or do it yourself...and all the organizing that goes into it...

Eileen-thanks so much for taking time to do the graphic design for the brat pack.

Holy spirit must be tapping on my shoulder today.  Can't keep Darren (div 821) & Wendy (pamom) out of my thoughts today.  From what I understand from Wendy, he starts the SWK equivalent of SEAL Hell week today, called The Tour.  This week will be a tough week for Darren as the his strength & resilency is tested.  Keep him in your thoughts & prayers please.

thanks to all for advise.  followed my gut and kept asking for info on buyer. said i needed it.  haven't heard since  then. also did sent a scam report to craigslist. haven't sold the car yet, but lots of people have called and are coming to see. that would be a great christmas gift for me.

Lylt; glad you put the rules back on. we tend to forget who is seeing  what I write.
