TIP: when in Fort Lauderdale, do not order a drink off the menu. I asked for pina colada at a margarita place, dang thing was almost bigger than my head, then when I got the bill - it was almost 20.00

it was not that long ago that those wall plug in smelly things were responsible for alot of house fires. I am surprised they still sell them. I like the reed thingys- but I don't own a single one. I love candles, but only burn when I am in the same room. Cant spray anything in my house, cause I am afraid of killing my parrot. Who is always coughing - not for real, just imitaing. She burps whenever my husband walks by, barks like the dogs at the doorbell. Has conversations alone when the phone rings : Hello, yea, um huh, (then alot of mumbles) then OK bye.

Plug ins are fire hazard too?? I am going to cut out a Blue Construction Paper Candle Flame and blow on it!! May hyperventililate.. but won't burn up the house!!

@bonnie, it has to be a relief that they aren't 'alone' there. What memories they are making!

Tiffs, I have one more son, the oldest. I drove 2.5 hrs to be with him today and go shopping. We have most of his clothes for PIR. I think he is ready. Now I need to figure what to wear. Back home tomorrow - I mean later today.
And not so sad, yes I miss them, but so excited for their futures. I am glad they have each other there. What an opportunity.

@bonnie, I am down for that! Be right back. Tell me what safety issues are with plug ins? or are you talking about those glade things...or wick or whatev? I heard those were a hazard and a major drain on energy. That is why I have a shoe box full of them, not on my walls anymore!
