Choose your Username.  For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either).  Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username.  While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Make sure to read our Community Guidelines and this Navy Operations Security (OPSEC) checklist - loose lips sink ships!

Join groups!  Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself!  Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility. 

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.  

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Josh's mom, I know how you felt. I've been carrying the phone around with me too! I caught the first phone call, but this one surprised me because in the last letter he told me he would be calling us on the 29th. Sounds like your son is doing great! My son sound tired, but is loving bc.

I am so glad some of you are getting calls. Tiffs mom, i had tears in my eyes reading your post. She sounds like she is very much like my daughter. I hope everyone else gets a call this weekend. Now I am off to make more ribbons and supervise my fiancee's teen girls who I have now taught to make TuTu's lol. Halloween is coming and we have orders to fill. Oh course, now that they know how to make them they each want one.

i so hope div 325 gets calls. haven't talked to my son since Aug 30. just want to hear his voice and that he is doing ok. last letter was kinda down.

Tiff's Mom - super congrats on your daughter's promotion. She will make her final PFA. Remember, all of us here have each others SR in our prayers. That's a lot of praying going on!!

Hey, my son is on Ship 13 div 327. We received a call today from our son, but missed it. He did leave us a voicemail, so it was nice hearing his voice, but sad we didn't get to talk to him.

Oh, good for her then! :) Man what a boost to get to talk to her!! I hope she feels as happy as I do! As soon as I answered she started crying and I was like Tiffie don't cry... wait Tiffie... is this a bad or good call?? Crying... she's like... gg.g.gg..ggooood call! LOL Poor baby! Then she got it together and we talked!! and this time she didn't cry when we hung up!! Shes just so afraid of those stupid shins not working for Friday... I said just keep moving your feet around??? LOL
