Ironing of undies, if regular cotton bikini or full cut style should be easy, I mean as far as ironing goes. Now if they have to crease them a certain way, that would suck, lol!

My hubs also confirms the leave during A school. His letter this week explained it all. He is going to use his 5 days in a local recruiters office so he can save 5 days for another trip home.

I love HEB! Ours doesn't open till the end of the month, but I actually work for HEB at Central Market..well, sort of. I am still technically on maternity leave with them, not sure if I will go back. They are awesome and I can't wait until ours opens here! I know exactly what pouches you are talking about, thanks for reminding me about them!

Yeah, I know, it's just so hard to read I want to come home :( She did mention that, I think, she had to iron her underwear?? She said that was hard to do... is this right? LOL

TiffsMom - Keep the faith. She will make it. They are going through so many changes at the same time and without they feel their main support (us). We just have to keep those letters going strong. I have all of our SR in my daily prayers and all the moms/wives here are doing the same. They will succeed. My son was having trouble with his running. He didn't mention in his last letters he was too busy telling me about getting his teeth pulled and how his bunk mates were so awesome waking him up to make sure he took his meds on time and helping him with his folding for the day etc. I have said from the beginning that we have the most awesome group in BC.

LTLY.. there is also some organic baby food in foil pouches. They sell these at HEB. My grandson loved them. You can get some fruity ones at Starbucks.

Jessica or Diannep... Tiff was given a chance to change her rate because AECF was so full, but when she called me for the addresses, I didn't have them and was left waiting to hear what she was going to do. Well, in her letter she said she is sticking with AECF and will be waiting in GL for her A school to start, will she be able to Phase up and work on her ATT stuff while waiting?

Well I guess I hit the jackpot also, because we got 6 letters from my daughter. She reports things are tough, but she's pushing through it because she does not want to go to sick hall. She says her tonsils are swallen and hurting alot, but she wants to tough it out. She's writes she's working hard, studying and going to church, and continues to ask for our prayers. She reports getting our letters is helping her stay strong through it all. She did not mention anything about battlestation, but reports preparing for lots of test.

My husband thinks it's just the down time from the Holiday and they think and thinking makes them homesick. But her letters were dated from the past Monday up to the Holiday. I just hope she can hang in there, I told her not much longer and after bc it will be a breeze :/

@tiffsmom-
sorry to hear she is having a hard time...will send prayers her way.

So after PIR, when our SAILORS are in A school, do they get weekend liberty? At some point?
