WOW he got a lot of time! Tiff only had 10 minutes to talk.... so much I wish I had asked her... it was so hard to hear, I'm still wondering if I talked to her... now for some stupid reason I can't stop crying... not sure if it was because she was crying or I'm happy or what... maybe menopausal??

havent been on fo a few days. boy everyone has been busy chatting. i received a call yesterday at work. i was so shocked and happy did not even know what to say. he sounded so much better than the first call. no tears this time, just from me when I hung up. I was so disappointed that there wasnt a call on Sunday, i cried like the day he left. said he was getting our letters now and they were helping with the homesickness. glad to hear that others got calls too. CONGRATS!!

OMG I just received a call from my SR. Sounded great when he stopped crying (I said it is okay to cry I always said a man has a right to cry too, doesn't make them any less of a man). BTW it is 7:15 pm here in Puerto Rico. He said it is hard emotionally the missing of family - friends is the hardest. He said he will succeed.

Reeniegalla - what a lovely post. Yes they will have quite a mix of personalities that will have to mold together as one. i know that they will do it.

Congrats to all getting their phone calls - it is great. The rest - be assured they are on the way.
