sarilorjayship: "In the Navy" by the Village People is on youtube. I have thought about trying to post it on the groups because I find the video hysterical! Anyway, for those who want to watch it, go to youtube and put in: "In the Navy" by the Village People! It is really cute!

Ok, I am playing with the music thing...it has a mute button if you would rather not listen and right now it is set to randomly shuffle songs. Let me know if you have a song in mind, changing or adding to it shouldn't be too hard!

Good evening everyone. Took me about an hour to get caught up on the last 24hrs. When my son called i opened my internet at work and put the quick message but realized that everyone was calling at the same time. I got to speak to my middle son and thought the youngest was on the phone with his dad, but turns out he left a message. At least dad can listen to it over and over. Some kids had dental appts today and they will call later, the kids on watch for the ship will also call later. I hope the troublemaker is gone soon so that we can have our full available phone time. Maybe the troublemaker just wants out. Cant imagine any other reason to be such an a$$ - needs his a$$ mowed as one of you mentioned. I asked about wisdome teeth, son had 4 out had 2 days SIQ then 1 LLD - limited light duty?- he said it was no big deal even though one tooth was really hard to get out. He confirmed its 2/5 and tomorrow is 3/1. Said it is fun now that the processing is out of the way. Went from 82 to 76 due to losses and had one addition that had been delayed for whatever medical or some reason. Has not had time to write much due to extra duties, but I told him not to worry, I will see him PIR and get all weekend to catch up - hopefully. He is filling out the questionaire slowly and I had sent him self addressed envelope so no excuse on that one. Got him caught up on the box delivery and his dogs status. Good luck everyone who didn't get calls today, tomorrow is another day.

I will join you in your pitty party! I think you are a special woman! My mother has worked with special needs children for 10 years and the love that those children have is remarkable! My son (4yrs) has the "sweets" for one lovely girl who is autistic and he is just so gentle with her. She, however, gets annoyed with him, lol!
It is unfortunate that businesses don't see further than the "normal" customer.
I am sure your daughter will be so proud to have her sister at PIR, and so thankful for your family to have traveled the distance to be there!

Finally...finally....finally got a call from my son. It was really great to hear his voice and talk to him for about 30 minutes. I am on cloud 9.
