Welcome to the discussion group for divisions 339 & 340. These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.
Get to know each other, your SRs are!
Please still use the main wall to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion groups as often as we would like.
Every single question that is asked is important
Every single concern is genuine
Every single member is important to us
We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.
Hang in there!!!

My son is headed for Meridian, Mississippi. -- ♬ ♬ MI-SS-I-SS-I-PP-I ♬ ♬
Confidence Chamber this week. aaahhhhhhhhhh!!!!! lol
@ Brandon's Mom: Hi there. My son told me that they connected per our mail, suggestion. :-)
@ Jacobs Mom: The Cookie Monster. :-) I feel you. That you didn't get to speak with your son AND that he is still sick.
When my son called on Sat. I could tell that he was all congested. I asked him if he was sick and he said no. He said he just finished running. Mmmmmm.....???? I know my son. He's got something going on but I think he just didn't want to tell me. He knows ME!!! He did say that if he could just get that one day to sleep in he'd feel great.
@ Paula -- Hello there. :-)
I'm so looking forward to being able to have access to my son on a regular basis.
It's almost ovah Ladeeeez!!! Enjoy the treat in counting down the days. ♥
How are you doing? Did you get that pink scarf yet?
Hey BostonMom...a guy at work told me that the kids stay basically sick all thru BC, I think your son is right in that if they could just sleep in a day or two they will feel better. It was pretty cute (did I say CUTE? Guys aren't cute, they are manly...) but Jacob told me that he is doing lots of vitamin C, tea with lemon and honey, did I have any other suggestions for him. He still needs his mom...!
Hi Jacobs Mom. :-) Pleasure to connect.
My apologies for the delay. I don't log in much.
As far as being sick, and for that length of time?! Call me wimp, but can you imagine....?!And while in military BC?! Hopefully, our sons are feeling better. Haven't heard from my son since his last call on Saturday 29th. That's cool that Jacob has access to those home remedies. And great suggestion: As nothing compares to the care and nuturing of a loving mother. ♥ My sons' name is Greg. Plz tell Jacob if you still get the chance.
I've noticed not many of the Mom's who used to blog are posting. I think it's become easier as most have now adjusted and the fact that.... PIR is only 9 days away!!! :-) YEAH. I am unable to attend. Are you?
I read ALL the posts about OPSEC and BS-21. Do you happen to know when that is for our DIV? If so, plz Inbox me.
Warm Regards, Boston Mom
1 more thing: I too, could hear a distinct level of change, maturity in my sons's voice.
Afterall, as Moms': -- We are the most qualified to make this determination. :-)

Hello everyone! We leave from Washington state to PIR on the 17th, less than 2 weeks! Am super excited. We couldn't get a flight in early enough to go to a meet and greet so my husband booked a flight the day before, what a guy!
Anyone hear when the guys are at Battlestations? Please friend me if you hear anything, I'll do the same.
