OPSEC OPerational SECurity, is always of the utmost importance. Please take the time
to read the OPSEC and Community Guidelines. A quick note here: Last Names of Sailors/Recruits are not allowed on this site. If it is in your username you will need to change your username. If yours is different from your Recruits it is still not recommended. First Names and pictures of your Recruit are allowed but remember someone can easily match them up with their "mom". So you might want to consider changing your profile picture to not include your Recruit at least for the duration of BC. It is also a good idea to make your settings for your Profile Page "viewable only to your friends".

Good Morning all!

They can have a black or silver watch....not gold (for officers).  Other than that, they can't take anything back to RTC.  You can get them anything else you want to, but they can't have it on RTC.  You will have to give it to them at the airport or once they have moved over to GL base and returned from liberty there.

Thanks, Diannep.  We've heard the Sarge's is the best one, but we'll probably try to get to two of them.

Besides a coin for our SR at graduation, any other suggestions on graduation gifts?

Comment by diannep on October 1, 2012 at 9:40pm

Debs:  Sarge's is the best for food and info!  So I would try and make his.  Not too far from the Ramada.

Hi, everybody.  My SR is graduating 11/2/12 and I'm trying to figure out the best meet and greet to go to.  We're actually staying at the Ramada but it sounds like there's others we should try to get to.
