I read about the 900 division, although some of them are musical, the others are selected to perform at PIR. They also get less PT time for some reason. I was curious because the musical thing is not my husbands forte lol. He doesn't really do the flag or anything else either. He was the CO for his DEP group so I though that may have something to do with it. We will see...
Below is the link I found that explains the division. Thanks for your input cannot wait to get my mail.

bsobo I thought that the 900 divisions are instrumental. They are a special group. I just dont know enough about it.
3 weeks sounds right to recieve letters. They are allowed to write on Sunday, most the time my letters were here on Wed. and Thurs. for NJ
so do the SR's get to start writing their letters in the 3rd week or do we receive some in the 3rd week? Does anyone know how soon they will receive ours? I sent my husbands out last thursday
sjtina..not sure I joined the 951 division above and the person who started it said she heard that it was a special division, thats what her recruiter said. I hadn't heard anything so I was curious if anyone else knew of anything
bsobo does the 900 division perform at PIR?
Skyler from Class 2 9 0 started a discussion above for the 800 divisions.
