WELCOME TO PIR 11/09/2012!

OPSEC OPerational SECurity, is always of the utmost importance. Please take the time
to read the OPSEC and Community Guidelines. A quick note here: Last Names of Sailors/Recruits are not allowed on this site. If it is in your username you will need to change your username. If yours is different from your Recruits it is still not recommended. First Names and pictures of your Recruit are allowed but remember someone can easily match them up with their "mom". So you might want to consider changing your profile picture to not include your Recruit at least for the duration of BC. It is also a good idea to make your settings for your Profile Page "viewable only to your friends".

I JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH MY HUSBAND!!!!  I am totally shaking and trying not to cry now...hearing his voice was the greatest thing ever!!  I just had a feeling about today all week!! SO FREAKING HAPPY!!  Today is 2-5 for them and tomorrow is 3-1...I can't even process the rest of what we talked about, I am just so HAPPY!!

Markelle, ahhh god, my fiance is the sameee! He makes me mad though - he can eat like a champ and not pack on a pound! We used to go out to eat all the time too - amazingly before I had met him I lost all this weight, and never gained it back. But just like you, since he's away, I've barely been eating lol.....so i hear ya there! It's almost a good thing having a break lol, its like a temporary diet, haha.

Markelle I bet you he's shed some pounds though! They feed them so well because they burn a crazy amount of calories each day I bet. I hope we're lucky that they turn into muscles...lol. I'm not a big fan of the string bean pole look hahaha....

Skyler..say what LOL...so your husband knows my fiance now?? Ah you crazy girl, you didn't tell me that!

Comment by Juliette on October 4, 2012 at 2:43pm

Mine told me he gained like 4 lbs because the food was so incredibly good and he couldn't stop eating lol. I really don't want him shedding any pounds, he was already thin enough as it is. Hopefully if anything he gains some muscle mass! So hopefully he continues to stuff that face when it's "chow" time!

I feel so much better now!! I received letters today :) I had to play mailman and take letters to his friends and his mom and dad but I was happy to do it :) His division is a sponsored one and was given a Black and Red Flag. His letters were just over flowing with happiness and full of pride :) He also found out that me and Juliette (Ship 14 DIV 368) know each other and he talk to her SR and it made the whole division happy to hear their families are getting to know each other :)
