WELCOME to PIR 11/16/2012

OPSEC OPerational SECurity, is always of the utmost importance. Please take the time
to read the OPSEC and Community Guidelines. A quick note here: Last Names of Sailors/Recruits are not allowed on this site. If it is in your username you will need to change your username. If yours is different from your Recruits it is still not recommended. First Names and pictures of your Recruit are allowed but remember someone can easily match them up with their "mom". So you might want to consider changing your profile picture to not include your Recruit at least for the duration of BC. It is also a good idea to make your settings for your Profile Page "viewable only to your friends".

Hi Heather, LOL.  I am from Savannah originally, and Matt was born there too, but we moved to California when he was about 6 months old.  Maybe one day I will get back there.. We will definitely meet up at PIR.  We are planning to go to Sarg's reception.. If you have not heard about it I will get you the info, every talks about how nice it is and how informative for the parents..  Yes, prayers for all the kids.. LOL  Parents too!

Not sure yet on the grandparents, but they would have to wait on seats anyway at this point. It's a bummer j and Matt are not in the same division. :( was

Good morning, tonight is homecoming night at my SR's high school. My daughter is a senior and will be cheering. It's also alumni night, so it will be tough without my son

Good morning everyone, hopefully there will be some form letters arriving today and over the next couple of days. I know it is so hard waiting. The not knowing what was happening was one of the hardest things for me.

Morning Mom's! Still no form letter from Zach.. It's been a crazy week in our house hold but I am  holding up. Hopefully day we get that letter! I have never wanted the mail man to come so bad in my life! Ha

Hope everyone has a great weekend!
