We are glad to help, twonoiseybirds!

GriffinsMom:  Sorry, but we are not allowed to post SRs' last names on here....could you copy/paste your post without the last name in there (you can use initials and hometown if you like!) and then delete your original (click on the x in the box).  Thanks!   I hope that someone related to that SR is on here!

texaspride.  Most likely, he was moved back to a division in his same PIR group that was a little behind him in training, maybe because he was struggling with a test, just to give him more time.  This happens.  So try not to worry....sometimes they can be moved back to another division in their PIR group for disciplinary reasons, but more often it is for extra training time.

It is when they are moved to another PIR group that can reek havoc with family's travel plans with the date change!  I went through that when my son was there....didn't know about Southwest Airlines then...no change fee on tickets with Southwest but I used another airlines, so got stuck with 2 change fees (but cheaper fares so the change fee was like it was cut in half which helped).

Keep the faith that he is working hard!  Sounds like he is confident that he will get through it all, so it must not be anything too serious!  Was he transferred to Divs 025/026 by any chance?  They should be the last divisions to go through BattleStations so was just wondering.

That sounds like he is on track.

Maybe the transfer was a while ago.

Lets see what the other vet moms say too.

Big (((HUGS))...

he didnt leave an explanation in his message about the transfer. He said he was doing good and would call after battle stations.

texaspride - Did he leave a message that he was transferred and nothing else?

I just missed a phone call from my sailor and am so worried. He was transferred to another division and I have no idea why. Is that common this late in boot?

Good morning everyone :) I am so thankful for all this site has provided. The recruiters should make it a requirement that all families read these pgs about 2 months before they leave for GL. So many things I wouldn't have thought of or known at all are all here. Thank u admins & veteran families! Very excited to get to GL on 11/26
