Welcome to the discussion group for divisions 021 & 022
These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.
Get to know each other, your SRs are!
Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.
Every single question that is asked is important
Every single concern is genuine
Every single member is important to us
We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.
Hang in there!!!

I believe so but don't take my word on it
Hello, new to the site. My son is 04/021. Very proud momma here (as I'm sure we all are)! Still learning my way around.
DIVISION 021 INFORMATION UPDATE :) Last thursday (the 1st was marlinspike) And last friday was their second PFA test. with personnel and weapons inspection after that. Monday (the 5th) was their virtual gunfire training with a Zone inspection, and Tuesday (6th) was Live Fire. Yesterday was a practice day and Today Is their second major test and a drill inspection. My fiance says he is worried about the drill inspection because its a group based event and he is worried about the div as a whole. :) Hope this helps anyone. He wrote on thursday that it was week 1 day 1, and on sunday he wrote week 1 day 1 hold. So Assume by now its the very end of week 4. :)
No letter today from my son. Have only gotten 1 so far from him other than the Thanksgiving letter & form letter. Only call has been the "I'm here" call. He is div 21. Are they doing ok? I hope he hasn't gotten himself in trouble & gotten phone & mail privledges taken away. He's a good kid. but sometimes doesn't always keep his mouth shut when he really should. Not in a bad way just lets what he is thinking come out. :-)
Woo Hoo! I'm so proud! They won the scholastic flag too! Way to go!
I think its for doing so so well. My Sr mentioned that they will get pictures on the walls of basic to show for it and they they will get off after graduation earlier and will be able to stay out later. SO LETS HOPE THEY GET IT!!!
That's awesome
Hey DIV 022 Family, Lets keep our fingers crossed for that 1 hour phone call tomorrow. My husband said on Monday that if they continued to do so well this week, they would be rewarded with this call tomorrow. I know I am praying to hear from him tomorrow. He also said they had a scheduled call on Monday, so I am praying extra hard for a phone call both days!!! That would be so wonderful!!! Make sure everyone keeps their phones on loud and close by!!! :)
