Welcome to the discussion group for divisions 801 & 802!!!
It only happens a few times a year when there are two special ops groups in one TG.
Be very aware when posting about your SRs who are in this division. Make sure you read the OPSEC rules (everyone should).
sjtina and a couple more ladies will be joining you to answer your questions about this "800" division. Although your SR is still in BC, what they are doing may be slightly different from what the other divisions in this training group are doing. It is also recommended that you go into your "settings" (clickable link on the right side) and change your privacy setting to "private" and change everything to friends only.
Please still use the main wall to post general questions, and concerns, such as meet and greet questions etc. Specific questions regarding the 800 division should be posted here.
We “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion groups as often as we would like to, and the ladies helping out with the 800 divisions don't always get to the main wall as often as they would like.
Every single question that is asked is important
Every single concern is genuine
Every single member is important to us
We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.
Hang in there ladies!!!

Wishing the boys a nice quiet day and a chance to recover a bit.
Week 4 is just ahead.... According to info I read on Navy Dads- this will be the start of weapons training.
Woo-hoo for week four! Hell week begins... Here is what happens in week four:
Is it already week 4? I thought the first week was P days.. The whole process confuses me, I thought we were just on week 3!
I think Week 3 sounds right actually. I had counted the first week and should not have.
Sorry! Am I wishing it over too soon?
Got a phone call a few minutes ago from my SR needing some medical info. FYI his division 802 seems to be in trouble a lot and if you are not hearing from them as fast as we would like, part of their punishment has been no phone calls going out. Yesterday that privilege was taken away because they were in trouble. Sounds like a few are making it rough on everybody. Sounds like they are learning teamwork. He says they are getting mail. He said they were given the wrong ship number 02 initially and Ship 04 DIV802 is right. So in my case the recruiter was right and the form letter was wrong which most of us have figured out. I am in CA and letters I mailed a week ago he has received, except the one I sent to Ship 02 and that is taking a little longer i am sure cause of the wrong address. Just want to share the info as I know I appreciate it when you all do that. I was missing him soooo much and it was soooo good to hear his voice and know letters are on their way. So hang in there everybody!!
If he had not needed medical info i would not have gotten the call. he did say they are getting letters and were able to mail out last sunday so maybe this week we will all hear
Oh dear! Sounds like they are getting hammered. Praying for brighter days ahead for 802!!!
I have yet to hear anything directly from my SR.
Oh boy! I think I preferred "No news is good news!" :) Hoping to hear something this week from our SR who is also in 802.
jojo--- I agree!
I'm sure they are learning to pull together. It's a big part of everything they must do. Hopefully the news starts flowing soon. I don't think 801 has had much more chance to write either.
Dont worry. I think this is normal for boot camp as they are learning teamwork and consequences of not performing as a team. It is soooo necessary for them to learn this.
