Bravo Zulu - Gibson, Eiser, LeCates and Briscoe!! All DIV 046.

Had the most amazing weekend with my sailor, Gibson.

Was very glad to meet & become friends with his buddies from the divison as well.

Missing him already , it's only been a day!

Congrats to all the new sailors!

Safely made it back home to Htown...back to the grind of laundry & house cleaning before the work week begins.

My sailor has settled in at pcola with his fellow shipmates and they are really enjoying themselves.

I feel so much relief with the availablility of communication....texting, emailing even talked on skype. LOVE IT :-)

It was the best weekend ever! I am so glad we were there. The graduation was simply AMAZING! I cried when the big door opened and they were all standing there in their outfits, then again when they took their outer wear off! Thank you all for the support you have given me before, during, and after PIR! I wish the Best to you all and your SA's!

This weekend went so fast!  My daughter is happy & healthy. My biggest fear was her feeling she made the biggest mistake of her life! I can see in her eyes, she is Navy. She is happy. She is excited about her future. And I am thankful for that. I am looking forward to watching her learn and grow. To hear of her adventures, and her hopes and dreams evolve. The pride I saw this weekend exuded from the parents, families, and friends ALMOST as much as the SRs (SAs now) themselves. They made a good choices joining. Bravo Zulu to them!

Hey everyone! Just talked to my sailor -- he is now in Groton, CT and is settling in. He said that he is so tired, so he is just going to relax for the rest of the day! Feels awesome now that he has his cellphone and can call when he wants! Great meeting you all in Great Lakes! Hope that your sailors have fun adventures!

Congrats NS.  It will certainly be a proposal that you will always remember.  And you are in for the "ride of your life!"  Enjoy it, Share it, and understand that sometimes during the drive, the engine needs help, you will always have to "gas Up" and the road needs constant maintenance. Hooo Yah!
