Good morning everyone, I have been working on your ribbons for the last couple of days and most of them are ready and will be mailed early next week. It is not too late to order if you would like some. Send me a friend request and I will send you the info. I am so happy some of you can go see your sailors and hopefully everyone else will get a special phone call tomorrow. Have a very Merry Christmas and God bless you all and keep you and your soon to be sailors safe. Lala

Bags are packed, van is ready. Pup is ready to hit the road in the morning.  Cousin who is sharing her house for us at Christmas in Chicago said the weather isn't predicted to get snowy until later Friday evening...  traveling mercies to all of us heading that way.  And traveling mercies to those at home as well as HAPPY HOLIDAYS!

REGARDING ADOPT A SAILOR FOR CHRISTMAS

I just called the base and was told that we would not be allowed to enter the based until 8 a,m, and that we are to go to the Main gate where we will be directed to the parking garage!!  She infatically told me that if more than one person was coming to pick up recruits -- only one person will be allowed into the visitors center to meet up with recruits.  She said all others will need to wait in the parking garage.

Hey I was wondering what time is the gate opening for Christmas ?
