J&D  My SR didn't think they were a GradnGo. Said he isn't shipping until the 19th he thought and his school starts on the 25.   No matter what your SR knows that its a crap shoot trying to get people on the phone at any given time.  Mine called my cell because he knew that everyone else might or might not get their phone.  He also figured that at least 2 of us would be in the same building.  He was right. He was able to talk to his brother. Missed his dad, but he said he figured he would. Dad said he was just glad that someone got the call and is looking forward to seeing him at Christmas.

Ash- congrats on your ID.  Glad to hear things are moving well for you.

Kate- do have 2 in at the same time?  WOW!  must be chaos for you!

Have a good day and weekend all!.  Have to do all the "cook aheads" this weekend for Christmas.

Lynne- you are not floggin a dead horse, just keep reminding us.  Although we each get different info or different interpretations of some of the "rules" our kids/spouses/ have for their division, we all need to remember the basic stuff.

Got my military ID! I feel so important, but the picture is worse than my license! Haha, I didn't think that was possible. Now I have to figure out all the crazy TriCare mumbo-jumbo....grrr.

good morning ladies ~ TGIF!

34 more days and counting; so excited that we are almost at the 30 day mark :-)

Since my son has not indicated he can't receive printed pics in his letter. Actually said he liked them in the ones he did get...I am going to try to get the family to go take a picture with Santa and send it in his Christmas letter/card.

Explain to him that we our all together on this glorious holiday even if it's only in spirit!

I'm going to get my Military Spouse ID today (=

Comment by Lynne on December 10, 2010 at 5:23am

don't beat yourself up J&D...sit down and write a letter...keep it upbeat and simply say oops...he knows you would answer if you could...things happen...now its over and you have to move on...send him a little coupon for something special in return for missing his call...lol

Okay ladies...I know I am like a dog with a bone here...but it kind of defeats the purpose of taking your recruits names and pictures off your screen names and pictures if in the discussion forums or in other groups you are still using their names...the whole site is public....please refrain from doing that...thanks
