Thank you, Lala, for understanding. We are just trying to find out when our PIR is. lol. Hopefully early this week and then I will make discussion groups for all of the divisions. Then each division can decide what they want to do. Have a blessed day. K

KLM- that is fine. It is so good that you all have found this site so early in your sailors journey. This site is a life savor. And as much as I like to get the orders in early they do come in at all different times. Most orders are made with about 4 or 5 weeks left of boot camp. But some orders come in just days before PIR because some people don't find out about this site until then. Sadly some don't find out about it at all. I have even had one order that came in after PIR because a mom saw the ribbons while waiting in line to get into the ceremony and asked where they got them. That's how she learned about N4M's and she is very glad she now has this site to help her with all the questions she has about a-school.

When ordering the ribbons be sure and let me know if your SR is in the performing div. If they are in the choir or band I will add a music note. If they are on the drill team I am looking for a rifle to add to the ribbon and if they are carrying a flag I can add a flag to the ribbon. Also if you have another son or daughter serving in the military I will add an American flag to the ribbons. Thanks, LaLa
