You have done a fantastic job with the group page!!! Thanks so much for taking the time to create it !!!! I love the floating weather bar. I used to go on Google every day to look up the weather at GL and now I don't have to. Fantastic job!! I was so happy to read the posts from some moms who got phone calls on the third day!! It was great to hear what their kids had to say. And Betsy, you must be so happy to have already gotten the form letter. I am assuming that my son will graduate on the 17th because he got to boot camp on the 26th. I am still patiently waiting for my box to arrive. Everyone I talk to comments on how lucky I was to have found this site. I may not post comments too much, but at some point I try to come on (usually late at night) and catch up on all that I have missed. It has been so informative and the support you provide to each other and without even knowing it to me is to be commended!! I couldn't ask for a better group of kids for my son to spend boot camp with!!! Thanks again for being here. Hopefully, I will find out my son's division & ship # by Monday. If not, I am going to call the recruiter. One quick question about the pictures - - my husband told me he read that my son cannot pay for the pictures out of his Navy account. Should I put a blank check in one of my letters? Because I also read that you do not want to wait until the graduation to buy them. Any info. would be greatly appreciated. I am already looking ahead to week four!!! It can't get here soon enough!! Take care ladies and have a great Sunday - - Happy Halloween!

Yeah.. I am glad I have him. He doesn't lack at all to make me feel special or loved. He definately made sure to make me feel good about this time apart before he left and while he is gone.. lol.

Is that what we have to do to find out ship and division...call the recruiter? I wasn't sure how to find out.
Comment by KLMkathy on October 30, 2010 at 11:13pm
Mary, call your recruiter Monday and he should know your husbands division and ship. That is very interesting about Halloween being celebrated on saturday if it is on Sunday. What a thoughtful husband. Hugs. K
