Hey Lukesgirl and Katherine - hang in there - I know its not easy... Soon Ladies
This was one of my all time favorite songs and a classic from many years gone by.. (circa 1970's, Bread)
Baby, I'm-a want you
Baby, I'm-a need you
You the only one I care enough to hurt about
Maybe I'm-a crazy
But I just can't live without...

Your lovin' and affection
Givin' me direction
Like a guiding light to help me through a darkest hour
Lately I'm a-prayin'
That you'll always be a-stayin' beside me

Used to be my life was just emotions passing by
Feeling all the while and never really knowing why...

Lately I'm a-prayin'
That you'll always be a-stayin' beside me.

Used to be my life was just emotions passing by
Then you came along and made me laugh
And made me cry...
You taught me why...

Baby, I'm-a want you
Baby, I'm-a need you

Oh, it took so long to find you, baby

Baby, I'm-a want you
Baby, I'm-a need you

lukesgirl, Sailor'sGirlNukeWifeToBe has some wonderful advice. She knows exactly what you are going through. You have come this far and we are now on the homestretch. You can do, we know you can. I think our emotions are even more sensitive now, because we know that there is light at the end of the tunnel now. ((hugs))

when my boyfriend was at the boot camp I go through the first 3 week without any letters from him... his arrival phone goes to his dad... and he get to call me like after 3 weeks i think... I got his stuff the first week and that's all... then the last 2 weeks of him in boot camp i didnt get any letters.... so i think i know what your going through lukesgirl... i dont want work or school.. he wanted me to be always at home and i did... it makes me so crazy... i always have my cellphone on my bra/pocket, i never leave without those phones with me.... it drives me insane no one knows... just couple days you'll see you sailor lukesgirl!!! just be strong...me... i go through the boot camp process without seeing him... when he graduate last friday i wasn't there due to confusion if he is grad and go or not... he told me just stay home and get everything ready for our wedding... i know hard hard you going through lukesgirl... i'm with you! let's be strong for our sailor's... if we are going insane here... just think of your sailor he is miles away from family and he is with strangers... no friends no family... he needs your strength... that all i can tell you.... my sailor said... my letters help him get through the boot camp and he told me i'm his motivation to be able to graduate... he said thinking that im home waiting for him and still loving him makes gives him more courage to finish boot camp!!! Let's all be strong for our sailor's... they're coming home really soon!!! be strong ladies!!!

I lost it at work..I'm having a rough day..so emotional..I need to hear from Luke..I hope he realizes what I'm going through here at home without him..without a call or one letter. :'( I don't know many women who would go through all of this..I love him soo much.
