Is LLD the same thing as light duty in the letter my son said that he only needed to makeup one thing it didn't say anything about him not being able to graduate on time. I thought you recieved a call if something kept them from graduating on time. Should I now be worried that he won't graduate on time?

Prayers coming from me for all of our sick recruits. ((hugs))

H also had a cough on Thanksgiving. Hope she doesn't get pneumonia. If she ends up on LLD she won't graduate on time.

I was hoping for a phone call today as well. The boyfriend hasn't received a call either.

CJ's Mom - I would call the PAO on Monday to ask about the parking pass. I hadn't even thought about that for you!

Cindy I'm sorry to hear your son is sick. I know how you are feeling I have been very emontional. My son is sick also in his letter yesterday he said he had Bronchitis his father got a letter today and said that he had been getting sicker and he had to have a chest x ray he has pneumonia and had to have an antibiotic shot two days in bed and two days of light duty.

No call...but I did get another letter today ;-\ ! A bitter sweet kind of thing....He is SICK and said "It sucks really bad!" I don't know what that means UUGGHHHH, I started to cry!!!! NOT a good week to get that message :( ! But he did manage to give me some details! Letter was dated 11/30/10; and it started with "Half way through HELL WEEK!! He ACED his Locker Inspection as well as the Laundry room! They had Weapons Live AT 0430 in the morning and "it was a BLAST!" He shot the M9 Pistol and 12 Gage Shot Gun. He Ribboned (??) in Small arms , but didn't know his score yet he was either a Marksmen or a Sharp Shooter...either one he ribboned! They got a dusting of Snow, they had pictures and Drill Inspection on Wednesday. They (DIV 024) Earned another flag for PT Training and Zone Inspection so they now have 2 flags but was hoping for another one after the Drill Inspection....he ends with... "17 days left, 2 weekends and 3 more tests/Inspections...I can smell the Pizza Party at the END"! p.s....BRING BOXERS! THAT made me smile through my tears!!!!

I am so blessed for these letters...it seems like months since I talked to him, and it was only last Thursday!! Knowing he is sick, and having to possibly do the Gas Chamber ....oh my heart aches!!! I need to hug him!!!

((Hugs))
