Ok, finally opened mine! First of all, ((Hugs)) to those of you who didn't get any letters today!! Battle Stations...NO date from mine either...but said Hell Week started week of the 24th and it didn't seem like hell?? They had their 2nd PFA the morning of the 24th and said "he thought he was going to do bad...but I passed with Outstanding numbers!" They had their Weapons Turnover Inspections They did the Marlin Spike (Actual ship) and "E" said that was COOL! They did something called "Beat Brotheritive" (AuntieM...help)?? and said "Which they finished with 7 seconds to spare out of 25 minutes and we finished with 2 minutes to spare...it was definitely a moral booster!" not sure who "They" were? had their personnel inspection followed up by their weapons inspection...still said the division is "retarded and adds...so close, yet so far away!"!" The Unit finally earned their first flag for PFA "which was good...but we should have 3 already!" Letter 3 dated 11-28-10 says...."The rest of Hell week is Monday thru Thursday...busy testing week (Test 2 on Thursday?)" " Week 5 brings more Shots, gas chamber, firefighting and captains cup"...he forgot that it was his Birthday Friday and found that funny! List of stuff he wants us to bring and ends with "I cant wait to come home!" Nothing about photo's taken :( or BS!!! BUT he did say a lot and sounded very up-beat!!!
