OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

I was just on Facebook and I'm friends with the US Navy Recruit Training Command. I was scrolling down my page and I was looking at a article that the RTC posted and there was my son's name! He was interviewed for this article! I was hoping to see a picture, but there wasn't one of him. I didn't get a phone call today but I did get to see his name and something he said :)

Good Morning Ladies. I'm catching up on some Christmas shopping today. Gotta get it all finished before PIR. I want to spend every second I can with A, once he comes home. :)
