Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

N4M's Community Guidelines

OPSEC.

~OPSEC OPerational SECurity, is always of the utmost importance.

~N4M’s also has Community Guidelines just like any other social media.

~Please take the time to read the OPSEC and N4M’s Community Guidelines.

~A quick note here, from the N4M’s CG’s:

• Don’t Jeopardize the Safety of Our Sailors: Remember OPSEC (Operational Security) (Don’t Sink Ships With Loose Lips) This site and all content posted on it are viewable to everyone on the Internet. This doesn’t mean you can’t share things about your Sailor – but too many details can put Sailors in harm’s way. The following are examples of red flags and should not be shared within this community either by posting or sending via a Group message:

• Sailors’ last names. This includes your username if you share the same last name as your son or daughter.

Some Suggestions:

~If your last name is different from your Recruits it is still not recommended for you to use in your username for your own personal security. This is your option. It is also not a good idea to use an email address as your username for personal security reasons.

~First Names and pictures of your Recruit are allowed but remember, everyone can see it and someone can easily match them up with their "mom". So you might want to consider changing your profile picture to not include your Recruit at least for the duration of BC. Again, your option

~It is also a good idea to make your settings for your Profile Page "viewable only to your friends".

The Weather Widget is interactive. Click the green dot on the top bar and drag it along the to change the time. Click LIVE to go back to current time. Click on the days to change to that day or expand out to six days.

I can still remember how I felt from the very first day until I saw him again. It has been great getting to talk to him everyday and Skype every night. He will be home in less than 2 weeks and we can't wait to move on to the next stage. Already trying to prepare myself for deployment! Hope you are doing well too!

I was very disappointed with sarge services, on the most important day, graduation morning, he stood up me and a few more people and never showed up at the agreed time to pick us up and take us to the ceremony , I lucked out and rode with another family that had one space in their sevice car, I don't know how the others menaced, when I called sarge he claimed the road were slippery, funny, but every one ales made it, and there was no snow on the road. You are better of using the shuttle offers by your hotel! And going back to the air port find a cheaper service by GO AIR PORT EXPRESS PHONE # (773) 247-1200. You share a ride but they showed on time.
