Deb, I think we should do that...Jonathans said in this letter the PIT should be the 18th...and I saw that the division 912 graduates on the 11th...so I think we will get the "letter" this week!!!

Hope to see you and Rick soon.!
Today, I wake up with my phone in my bed....but I said: today its going to be a great day...why? its sunday....thats the day they get time to write home!!! so we will have another letter by wed, or thurday...that keeps me going!!!
I begin to research where we can stay for PIR, rental cars, to have a good meal,...for floridians we need to have a good winter coat...and a good pair of boots. Yesterday we had 70 * and today we have 48*...the saylors are at 25*...or less..so I just beging to get ready...its a goal to hug him...and that will keep me from going insane!!!
Well, I have to go write him some more.....I printed his Facebook page with new comments from his friends and mailed to him....Im sure he will like that...just keep him informed....
All of you have a great day, and please, continue to post any ideas, any calls, this group is the best !!!!
Deb, dont feel bad...we all are aware that all of them coulnt call home...The call was a bonus...and Im thinking we all will get one. At list you have his right division, you heard his voice....and that is fantastic. I know that Jonathan will call as soon as he has a chance....Please continue to post any news...we all need to read that they are happy, focus and counting days for PIR.

Morning my fellow PIR for 2/18! The last few days were tough, but had my 2 1/2hr old to pull me through. Snow is ready to fall here on LI, NY...I have my pad and pen ready to write my Sailor. I was hoping for a phone call yesterday, but since he is only in for 2wks, probably wouldnt be good for moral.
Enjoy the rest of the holiday weekend, keep your chins up...once New Years comes, its only weeks until we see our Sailors.
DebBee, never feel bad for posting that something great happened for you! Renick is right... we just wanted to gripe is all! We all have our big girl pants on so we can be excited for you!
We all knew Christmas was going to be hard. (Not sure I grasped the full extent) but it's like you getting a new bike under the Christmas tree. We might be a little jealous, BUT we get to live vicariously. I'm so very glad you got to talk to your son!
Yeah, DebBee, I was glad to know that any of them got to call. I'm glad you got to at least hear his voice. We can live happily through other joys. I just wanted to bitch about not getting a call! And, at the end of the day, another day closer to seeing them!!!
Give yourself a pat on the back! We all made it through Christmas. I'm sure it wasn't easy for anyone on here but it just marks one day closer that we are to seeing our loved ones.
