joannesailorswow....PREACH IT!!!! HOOYAH!!!!!
Put your rally caps on:)))))))))
Monica........my son is leaving for Pensacola, FL ....Saturday, too! The letter I received today mentioned that they didn't know as of yet the airport but.......it will be either Midway or O'Hare. I have made several contingency plans to hopefully spend every moment possible with my sailor that Saturday morning. Also plan on being at the airport sometime after 1:00 a.m. or possibly a little later depending on what we find out ...last minute. Send me a personal message & if you want include your phone #.......If I find out what time their bus is leaving that morning I'll call you.
Also .....both airports have a USO for you to relax while you visit your son......but have your son meet you outside the security check point at the airport so that he can get you a family pass at the airlines counter to go through security in to the USO..........

Good, hopefully he is not on a charter and you can visit with him at the airport on Sat.!  You can give him cell/laptop/a few civilian clothes in a black backpack then also if he wants.

Monica:  Please be sure to meet him at the airport on Sat. (in the wee hours of the morning) and have him go with you go the airlines counter to get a gate pass for you/family... and enjoy your extra time with him waiting for his flight at the gate!  The only way this CANNOT happen is if he is on a charter.  Did he say that?

Now hear this …Liberty Call Liberty Calll!!!!!

Then I know for me when He is in my arms, healthy, only thing missing is a few wisdom teeth, life is good and those last 58 days are just a faded memory like that of the labor that came with bring him into this world  HOOYAH!!!!!

Adrianamom... I am sorry you are so sad, because I also have those days that all I really want to do is cry.  If we could only talk to them.  Things will get better and I'm sure they are OK.  Hang in there!!   Not long till we see them!
