Its a place for us to meet :) Has anyone else by chance found out if their loved one is in this Division by chance?!

The divisions do battlestations 2 at a time (brother divisions). There are 7 divisions in this group, so BS21 will take place over several days, the first two divisions will go first, so the parents of those recruits will receive their "im a sailor" call before the other divisions. So these parents have an extra day or two of breathing room as far as feeling comfortable about their plans.(and these recruits have an extra day or two to 'kick back'). Its rare that a recruit doesnt pass this final test. Even if they fail the first time, they are able to go thru again with another set of recruits the next day. The RDC's do what they can to help these recruits pass. Remember...these kids have orders by then, so the Navy doesnt want to hold them back. If your SR's division is the last group to perform BS21, and they fail...they will not have the option to join another group (as they will all have been thru by then), and they may have to perform BS21 the night before PIR and not finish until the morning of...so they most likely will not be able to march at PIR, but instead will graduate, but sit in the bleachers.
The recruits that complete BS21 first and pass...will be able to relax and visit "Rickys Heaven". This is a gameroom/restaurant area where they get to hang out. They may even have access to computers and phones, so some of you may hear from them again. They will gorge themselves on Taco Bell and candy...lol My son called me and was eating peach rings while drinking a Red Bull...Its almost over ladies...Yayyyy!!!!
Ochaos- When should we stop writing them?
Everyone wow 14 days :) so exciting I cant wait :)
You do not need the form letter at PIR and just need the gate pass, you can print that out from the RTC website.
Your recruits will stop writing to you about 10 days out from PIR.
