Choose your Username.  For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either).  Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username.  While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Make sure to read our Community Guidelines and this Navy Operations Security (OPSEC) checklist - loose lips sink ships!

Join groups!  Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself!  Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility. 

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.  

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Believe me it was Div 165/166 yesterday. I remember to well. It will be nice to get that call today for Div. 167/168. My prayers out for thought SAILORS.

Susie, what a horrible thing. I'm very sorry.

Cheyanna, I thimk she meant congrats for finishing BS. She got her call yesterday. That couldn't have been 167/168.

Sitting at the Navy Lodge waiting for Friday to come. Congrats to Div 167/168. Got our "I'm a Sailor" on our way to the airport yesterday. Way to go Brad div 165. Way to go Matthew Div 166. Congrats to all the graduates.

we looked up the weather for this weekend. I'm sorry I'm bring our weather with us. RAIN all weekend. So pray it stays her in Seattle and we get warmer weather.

Cathi/melchor mom: Be thankful for the temps you all will have. We were there in early Feb....in the 20's, teens at night...snow. Weekend before and after...in the single digits! We were thankful for "warmer weather" since we are South Floridians and have no clue!
